Homeschool Curriculum Category: High School American Literature Study Guides

High School American Literature Study Guides from 7Sisters Study teach great literature without killing the book. These are guides that teens actually like! These stufy guides are chosen from books filled with rich writing and enhanced by our no-busy-work study guides that focus on a wide range of literary devices. They highlight the United States at various points in history for high school success.

They are designed to help teens build literature analysis and inferential thinking skills. However, we work hard in our guides to make sure we don’t kill the book with too much work. The most important thing is to enjoy the book!

As with all our guides, there is background information on the author and the story. Also included is vocabulary from the story and questions that build homeschool high schoolers’ inferential skills. Each guide gives ideas for leveling up to Honors for teens who need more academic rigor for their homeschool transcript.

Titles include: The Full-Year American Literature Study Guide Bundle, as well as: A Raisin in the Sun, A Separate Peace, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, Fahrenheit 451, Little Women, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, The Right Stuff, The Scarlet Letter and To Kill a Mockingbird.
