The time needed varies by teen. Some teens read faster than others. Our teens generally spent no more than a month on this no-busywork guide.
The excerpt didn’t leave any room for a student to answer the questions. Does the study guide provide space?
Yes, it does, Vanessa! The excerpt is showing a page from the Answer Key so that parents get a sense of the kind of answers the guide is pointing students toward. The student guide provides space with each question.
I ordered the full year of Great Christian Writers and I did print the study guides and the answer keys but I was wondering how to get the books for each of these studies
Hi Victoria! You will need to get them from the library, borrow from a friend, or buy a copy. A couple of the older books are available free online via Project Gutenberg. There are some notes in the “How to Use” section for parents that should help you track down the books you need.
Do the study guides include prompts for essays relating to the title?
